This Yoga class is ideal for anyone looking to start or reignite a yoga practice. Yoga is easily paced for all levels and takes care to emphasize proper alignment of traditional yoga postures to build strength & stamina through a safe yoga practice.

Gentle Yoga will blend alignment-based yoga with restorative yoga to release and lengthen tight muscles and build core strength.

During a Restorative Yoga class, props will support your posture to allow you to relax & rest to encourage deep mind-body release & healing. Restorative Yoga is known for balancing the nervous & immune systems, reducing stress, and lessening tension in the body & mind. Throughout each class, there will be a short series of poses designed with a specific intention, guided meditative sequences, and breathing exercises to encourage the return of the body's natural balance.
Reiki
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient through touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing uses the power of sound and vibration in a full-body listening experience that promotes healing and relaxation that can improve the overall mental and spiritual well-being of the listener.
Private Lessons
Private sessions are tailored to your physical, emotional, and/or energetic needs. Your sessions can include any type of yoga offered at NoMa Yoga.
