Candlelight Sound Bath

A Seasonal Reset

Tuesday, December 16th at 7 p.m.

As we transition toward the winter season, nature invites us to slow down. This is a time to turn inward, to rest, and to restore after the outward energy of Summer and the vibrant pace of Autumn. In this candlelit sound immersion, we honor that natural shift—creating space for stillness, reflection, and renewal.

You’ll begin with gentle, mindful movement to help release tension and clear stagnant energy from the body. As the breath deepens and the nervous system softens, you’ll settle into rest while being enveloped in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls.

The vibrations of sound work at a cellular level, helping to calm the mind, balance the energetic body, and create a sense of harmony throughout your system. You may experience waves of warmth, emotion, or deep peace as your body attunes to the frequencies of healing sound.

This 60-minute session offers a sanctuary for deep rest—an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and move gently into the quieter rhythm of the season.

Rebuild your connection to your core — from breath to balance to full-body strength. This series blends mindful movement, functional training, and yoga-inspired awareness to help you move with greater stability and ease.

 

Perfect for anyone looking to slow down, refine technique, and strengthen from the inside out — whether you’re returning to movement, recovering from imbalance, or ready to deepen your understanding of how your core truly works.

The Chakra Immersion

Exploring the Energetic Body

Saturday, February 28th  9-5 p.m.

Sunday, March 1st, 10-3 p.m.

Have you been curious about the energetic side of yoga? Did you enjoy moving through the chakra series in our group classes and find yourself wanting to go deeper? This two-day workshop is an opportunity to expand your understanding and connection to the subtle energy system that shapes how you move, feel, and experience life.

Through a blend of practice, meditation, journaling, and self-reflection, we’ll explore each of the seven chakras—the energy centers that influence physical vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. You’ll learn how to sense, balance, and support these energy centers both on and off the mat.

Expect a weekend of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful inner work designed to bring awareness and harmony to your energetic body.

This immersive experience is open to all levels—no prior chakra knowledge is needed. Come with curiosity and leave with a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and connection to yourself.
