Deep Release Series II

3-week Series in June

Wednesdays at 6 p.m. beginning June 3rd through 17th

Deep Release is back—this time we start from the ground up.


Release built-up tension from the feet, ankles, and calves through the hamstrings, inner thighs, quads, glutes, and hips. This lower-body focused series is designed to help you move better, feel lighter, and create space where you need it most.

Using foam rollers, lacrosse balls, Pilates balls, and deep yin yoga postures, we’ll target fascia, tight muscles, and holding patterns so you leave feeling restored and reconnected.
