Yin Yoga Workshop:
A Journey Through the Four Elements

Join me for a four-week Yin Yoga journey as we explore the energetic body through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each week, we’ll dive into the unique qualities of one element and discover how it influences our physical body, emotional landscape, and spiritual well-being.

 

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods to gently release tension from deep connective tissues and fascia. This stillness helps increase flexibility, nourish joint health, and cultivate emotional balance and inner calm.

 

The Four Elements Within Us

🌍 Earth grounds us. It’s the foundation of our being—our connection to stability, safety, and belonging.

 

🌊 Water teaches us to flow. It governs our emotions, creativity, and our ability to adapt with grace.

 

🔥 Fire transforms. It fuels our inner strength, helping us to digest experiences and release what no longer serves us.

 

🌬️ Air uplifts. It’s the breath of the heart—representing love, compassion, and the lightness of spirit that connects us to our soul.

 

Come as you are, and reconnect with the wisdom of the elements already alive within you.
