The Chakra Immersion
Exploring the Energetic Body
Sunday, March 21st 10-4 p.m.
Have you been curious about the energetic side of yoga? Did you enjoy moving through the chakra series in our group classes and find yourself wanting to go deeper? This workshop is an opportunity to expand your understanding and connection to the subtle energy system that shapes how you move, feel, and experience life.
Through a blend of practice, meditation, journaling, and self-reflection, we’ll explore each of the seven chakras—the energy centers that influence physical vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. You’ll learn how to sense, balance, and support these energy centers both on and off the mat.
This immersive experience is open to all levels—no prior chakra knowledge is needed. Come with curiosity and leave with a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and connection to yourself.

Deep Release Series
3-week Series in March
Tuesdays at 6 p.m. beginning March 3rd through 17th
This three-week Deep Release Series is an invitation to slow down, soften, and unwind layers of tension that live deep within the body. Blending long-held Yin yoga postures with gentle myofascial release techniques, this class creates space for both physical release and nervous system recalibration.
Using props such as lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and supportive bolsters, we’ll explore sustained shapes and targeted release to hydrate connective tissue, ease chronic holding patterns, and restore a sense of spaciousness throughout the body. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing time for the fascia to respond and for the body to shift out of “doing” and into deep listening.
This series is open to all levels and experience. Options and support will be offered throughout, with an emphasis on curiosity, self-regulation, and honoring your body’s cues. Whether you’re carrying stress, recovering from intense training, or simply craving stillness, Deep Release offers a grounded pathway toward feeling more open, supported, and at ease.
