Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga will blend alignment-based yoga with restorative yoga to release and lengthen tight muscles and build core strength.
Restorative Yoga
Honoring the New Moon each month on
Thursdays at 7:30 pm
During a Restorative Yoga class, props will support your posture to allow you to relax & rest to encourage deep mind-body release & healing. Restorative Yoga is known for balancing the nervous & immune systems, reducing stress, and lessening tension in the body & mind.
Yin Yoga
The practice of Yin Yoga lengthens the connective tissues, increases flexibility and joint mobility, and elongates and stretches tight muscles creating an overall sense of calm and reducing stress and anxiety in the body and mind.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep, is a state of restful presence. It's known for its restorative qualities that can reduce stress and improve sleep. This one-hour guided meditation will induce full-body relaxation and bring the subconscious mind forward as though you're in a lucid dream state. By planting a seed of intention at the beginning of meditation you will chart your own path to self-discovery.
