Service Description

Join me for a relaxing evening where I will bring the two gentle healing practices of Restorative Yoga and Reiki together to restore balance to the body and mind. This one-and-a-half-hour session is limited to a small group of individuals to provide each person with their unique experience within a group setting. Please dress comfortably, and feel free to bring a journal to document your experience.
