Core Fundamentals is a slower, more intentional strength class focused on understanding how the core supports movement and daily life. This class emphasizes awareness and connection rather than intensity, inviting curiosity instead of force. Using a supportive blend of functional strength, breath, and mindful movement, we explore the pelvic floor, deep core, and posture as an integrated system. Expect light or no weights, thoughtful pacing, and time to feel how your body responds when it’s supported. This is a learning-focused environment where strength builds progressively through attention, repetition, and choice — not by pushing harder. Ideal for those new to core work, returning to movement, or anyone looking to move with more ease, confidence, and sustainability.
