Service Description

This class blends functional fitness & Yoga to engage the pelvic floor system to develop strength, balance, and stability and improve posture and muscle tone. *This is an all-level class. We will use props such as pilates balls, foam blocks, resistance bands, and possibly free weights, and we will move up and down from the floor frequently.
